The requester’s payment will be held securely by Grabean in escrow.
The payment will not be immediately released to the traveller until the requester has confirmed that they have received the item.
Grabean only will released the payment to traveller after acknowledgement on the requester’s part.
If the traveller has failed to deliver the item within 3 days of their return date and become out of contact, Grabean will proceed with a full refund (including service fees) to the requester.
For requester’s safety, all requesters should not deal with the travellers directly outside Grabean’s platform. Grabean will not be held liable for your payment if the traveller fails to deliver or if any of the items are damaged.
