For any dispute please contact Grabean directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Grabean account username, order number, contact number and description of dispute.
Please ensure that all requester and traveller communication is carried out on Grabean’s platform. If the communication outside of Grabean platform, Grabean will not be able to assist in such case.
Grabean will not be able to assist should there be any disputes raised after the payment is released to the traveller. For items that are not acknowledged within 7 days of the traveller’s delivery, Grabean will release payment on the requester’s behalf. After this 7-day window, Grabean will be not be able to assist should any dispute arise.
