1.7 Days Return andExchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
2.If defects are found 7days after receiving date, Grabean Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determinebetween defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
3.All products areeligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
4.Returned goods must bein new original condition with all labels and packaging attached (E.g. Itemtags/labels, price tag, dust bag, warranty card, accessories, etc)
5.A final inspectionwill be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed byprocessing your return.
6.Damaged, soiled, oraltered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to thecustomer.
7.For goods exchange,customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
8.Returns of defectiveproducts are subject to:
·Same model (subject tostock availability), OR
·Product with samevalue (only if out of stock from the original model)
HOW TO RETURN?
1.You have to provideproof of purchase (order ID and receipt).
2.Return period startsfrom the receiving date. (E.g.: Courier service website stated you arereceiving the parcel on 05/07/2019, your latest return application date will be11/07/2019. Or you collect the product on 05/07/2019 at Grabean office,yourlatest return application date will be 11/07/2019 )
3.Products can only bereturned by Walk-in only. ( You are not allowed to return the product viacourier).
In the event that your returndoes not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you beforesending it back to you. In this instance, your return request will be rejectedand payment will be released to the seller. Returns are not applicable for allunder garments, lingerie sets and swimwear
